黄进谋，初中英语组教师。“乐观上进，谋划精彩”是我的名字与性格最好的诠释。在中山华附从教以来，我一直怀着这样的信念，乐观地面对自己的事业和人生。从教之初，由于不擅长班级管理，不熟悉新课标理念，工作上遇到了困难，但我没有气馁，我订阅了《班主任兵法》等书籍；认真学习《英语课程标准》，研究任务型教学，向科组内经验丰富的老师请教，主动承担公开课任务。课外之余，坚持训练英语口语，阅读各种英语杂志，使自己的专业水平有更大的飞跃。四年的磨砺，已经成长为初三把关英语教师。

Good afternoon, Ladies and Gentlemen. It’s my honor to present to you today. My name is Huang Jinmou. My English name is Jim. I’m an English teacher fromZhongShanCityat the “Affiliated high school ofSouthChinaNormalUniversity”. In 2005, I graduated fromGuangzhouUniversity, majoring in English education. Once, I was not the most talented student in English. I always got sick and tired of learning boring grammar rules; however, through hard working in practicing spoken English, I made great progress in listening and speaking. Not only did I become interested in English, but also I gained a strong will power and kept on practicing English very often. Most importantly, I can help more students learn this language.

It’s my honor to be a teacher. I will continue to teach students right from wrong and care about them with all my heart. I will devote all my life to English education and lead students towards success. “If you think in terms of a year, plant a seed; if in terms of ten years, plant trees; if in terms of 100 years, teach the people.”
